Paula is the author of Too Busy for Enlightenment, a prescriptive memoir that shares nine experiences with higher energy and the lessons and practices gained from these. She is an experienced meditation teacher and holds a daily meditation at five pm EST on zoom and her weekly taped meditation is available on YouTube.  

She has broad experience speaking to large groups, both about meditation and higher energy but also about business, where she worked for fifteen years before taking time off to raise her children.  She is available to teach meditation to individuals and large groups, to speak at companies and conventions about the benefits of practices that reconnect us with stillness and she would like to host meditation workshops and retreats in America and abroad. 

Paula has travelled broadly and had unusual and unexplainable experiences with higher energy both in Manhattan and all over the world including the mountains of  HImalayas and the jungle of Brazil.  She has worked in strategy consulting and principal investing at Bain and Company and the Parthenon Group and been the chief executive in one portfolio company, an adventure that led to a Harvard Business School case being written about her experience in that position.  

She is a graduate of Barnard College, Harvard Business School and Sarah Lawrence where she got an MFA in Fiction Writing.
